Your personal information and email will not be given out to anybody or shared with any organization, nor will it be used to send you spam of any kind. We may, however, send an email to enable your account, as well as site news and an account-status report about once a month (or less), but you can remove name from our list at any time. Term of use

Please note the following site rules: no rude, insulting or bad language anyplace. In particular, in the chat area. Also, if you create a critter or object be careful not to give it a rude or insulting name, or one that suggests something offensive or inappropriate. Violation of this rule can lead to your account being deleted (e.g. even a name like STINKY for a critter would be somewhat inappropriate).

Mudcritters has no legal obligation to you. We expect to keep running for a long time, but we make no PROMISE that we will keep going or that you will keep your account. You cannot sue us if we delete your critters or your account.
